The strange thing is I just saw Anderson Cooper's report about bystander effect. People look on or look away when something horrible is happening to another. It's also called Genovese Effect/Syndrome. And I have to thank God that it's not the same in some parts of the Philippines. We are number 1 meddlers :) She was rushed to the hospital immediately because, as I've mentioned, people tried to prevent the driver from making an escape.
