innocentlyjadedmm. hikki-san's last 3 PVs (or should i call them music videos
already) have been so americanized now. that's "Easy
Breezy", "You Make Me Wanna Be A Man" and this one, "Be My Last".
i haven't seen the second one mentioned, but some friends told me it
wasn't worth seeing anyhoo. so there.
the lovely hikki on a bus. video was shot in europe. where exactly? no clue yet. i'm guessing... somewhere in Poland? Prague?
another landmark clue. cookies to the one who can guess where this video was shot (because i have no exact idea).
and from here on, more pictures of hikki.
my favorite shot|scene in this video. i don't know how photographers or cinematographers will interpret this scene, but this just... works for me. i love it.
she got hit by a car before this shot. i have all 17 stills of her getting hit by said vehicle. i'll make it as a moving .gif file and post it here next time because... it was a bit freaky.
the bangs are becoming. sometimes. it just clashed with the short fur cape that she wore it with. otherwise, it wasokay. i wonder who directed this PV. was it her husband,
Kiriya-san perhaps? i liked the vid. basically, hikki was
sort of shadowing a couple (a dark-skinned woman and a caucasian
man. yes, i like to be politically-correct here) during their
date and afterwards. the man apparently had this dark past
(flashbacks of him holding a gun and a young boy are intermittently
flashed) that he was trying hard to forget through his
boxing. he runs away from the woman after the night they slept
together because he cannot bear his flashbacks and goes to pound his
frustrations away on the sandbag. the woman, meanwhile, chases
after him. she is almost hit by a car (which was not really that
fast when you first see it) but hikki pushes her away. their eyes
meet and the woman remembers hikki as her toddler playmate...
...just as hikki gets hit by the car (.gif will come later)

hey, judge the video what you will, but the location sure was beautiful.
EDIT: just realized. she now reminds me (a bit) of Chiaki Kuriyama.
