3 things you don't know about me.
egads.
1. after reading The DaVinci Code i seriously questioned my faith in the Catholic Church. i really believed in all the theories the book detailed (of how the church was surpressing the truth and all that). if i wasn't the church-going type before reading that book cemented my predilection to completely abandon it. now that i know better, i just take it as it is.
2. "so what if two people who love each other came from the same gender? if they truly love each other, then what's wrong with that?" i truly, seriously pondered on this question when i was first made aware of homosexuality and the like. it was this question that made me doubt about my being a Catholic (hah. and to think i was sort-of a devout catholic back in my grade school days. whoops, another thing not known about me. then again, in hindsight, i was such a hypocrite).
eep. such seriousness.
3. iwantiwantiwantiwantiwant an older brother. a nice one, mind you. someone who'll fuss over me, make sure i'm alright, sometimes be an irritating older brother, but an older brother nonetheless.
and another one.
List ten things that bring you moments of joy.
1. buying books in a quaint bookstore
2. watching anime or a movie with friends (somehow i can only, truly enjoy watching stuff with people near me)
3. coffeeshop conversations
4. listening to music while i'm on the move
5. very good photographs taken by me
6. the time between midnight and 5 a.m. (or just before the sky begins to lighten)
7. beautiful, fresh flowers
8. being in a room full of enthusiastic people (like an anime convention ^^)
9. jewelry
10. when my friends text|call|remember me
